Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days if:

1- The product was not damaged (not used) while in your possession.

2- The product is the same as what was shipped to you.

3- The item is unused and undamaged.

4- The product is returned with original order confirmation, delivery note, accessories, free gifts (if applicable), and in the same condition as received (sealed/unopened if applicable, with original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and all accessories).

A delivery fee may apply when using the home pickup service.
